"Hey! Thanks so much for the info and circling back with me. I appreciate it so much that you responded to my initial question. My apologies for not getting back to you sooner. I'm in the second year of my 5 year transition plan to get off the pharm. I loved what you said about going with your passion. I was a professional musician back in late 90's early 00's (it's how I paid my school bills in college while everyone was busy partying). Long story short, I quit that and joined the corporate world for benefits and regular paychecks after I graduated. After working hard for 5 years i "broke into" (after 3 failed attempts before getting in) Pharma sales and have been here for about 5 years, the whole time wishing I could get back to music. I've tried transitioning to device sales and dental sales, but my experience wasn't valued so I decided to get back into music. But this time I am armed with great sales knowledge and business acumen that i have been trained on over the past 10 years and putting that to use in the music business has been huge. Over the past year and half I've started a hugely popular original band, got hired as a side man in 2 other projects, and now we're shifting into commercial music. Now I'm getting paid to do what I love and the possibilities are endless as long as I continue to maximize my business plan."
Thank you so much!
Nate M.
